Penny an avid animal lover grew up in Southern California. She has always loved to be outdoors playing and doing adventurous things. She loved roller-skating, skate boarding, riding BMX bicycles and riding motorcycles.  After dreaming of one day having her own horse, at the age of eleven she and her mother moved to Tucson, Arizona, where she did get a horse and rode in equestrian events, junior rodeos and parades.

Penny moved to Tennessee in 1994 with her husband Buck to follow his music career. There, they started a company called Safe Baby, a baby proofing business. They also have two children, Son born in 1996 and daughter born 2000. Buck still plays music with some of his ole band mates and plays for the youth at his church. Penny worked as a Licensed Veterinarian Technician for twelve years and her love for animals continues and shares her love for horses with her Children.

Her favorite pastime besides spending time with her family; is riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle and Roller Skating.

She has completed her Bachelors of Business and Human Relations in May 2011. Penny not only founded her and her husband’s child safety business, Safe Baby. But, has also started a Non-Profit, Childproof 4 Life an outreach program to extend a professional childproofer to the homes of underprivileged families in Tennessee as well as an educational piece to educate the parents and caregivers of  home hazards.
